Judge

That I will administer justice impartially, according to the laws and usages of the Commonwealth under the legitimate Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted, without fear or favour.

Magistrate

That I will faithfully execute the duties of my office in the administration of justice, according to the legitimate Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901.

Police Officer
